1. Admission Criteria

Qualification

1
Have a bachelor’s degree in any field
2
Have at least 3 years work experience in any field (Applicants with less than 3 years of work experience may request a waiver. Approval is at the sole discretion of the selection committee and is final.)

Score Test: English Proficiency

Test scores are valid for 2 years from the test date until September 30, 2025.

Note:
  • Applicants are allowed, exceptionally, to submit their scores on the day of the interview.
  • Applicants who do not submit an English proficiency score will not be allowed to proceed with initial enrollment.
  • Applicants who have completed a degree-level course at an institution where teaching and assessment throughout the course is entirely in English, recognized by the Office of the Civil Service Commission, may request a waiver of the requirement to provide English language test scores. The waiver covers both the application and graduation requirements.

FEE

Cost will include Pre-course fee, Tuition fee, and Special fee:

  • Pre-course Fee: 340,000 Baht
  • Tuition fee for 1st and 2nd semester: 33,500 Baht/term
  • Tuition fee for Summer semester: 8,375 Baht/term
  • Special fee for 1st and 2nd semester: 500,000 Baht/term
  • Special fee for Summer semester: 250,000 Baht/term

The average cost for the entire program is approximately 2,650,750 Baht.

*According to Chulalongkorn University Announcement, international students will be required to pay a group health insurance fee of 2,000 Baht per academic year.

3. APPLICATION PROCESS

Check Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Check Eligibility. Ensure you meet all qualifications and admission requirements.
  2. Submit English Test Scores. CU-TEP (≥65), TOEFL iBT (≥65), TOEFL ITP (≥520), or IELTS (≥6.0)
  3. Apply Online. Submit your application via the Chula LGO website or directly at this link
  4. Submit Documents and Payment.

  5. Chula LGO office announces qualified applicants for interview admission. Applicants take an interview examination on the specified date.

  6. Announcement of admission results

4. DOCUMENT (Required for Application)

  • A Completed Application form with confirmed signature at the last page of the document (Download from Application)

  • 2 recommendation letters. (If the applicant chooses the online recommendation option, no physical submission is required.)

  • A copy of CU-TEP, TOEFL, or IELTS score report

  • A copy of the national identification card or a passport copy (for international applicants)

  • A complete official academic transcript indicating the date of graduation

  • A letter of employment verification indicating a minimum of 3 years of work experience

  • Proof of payment for the application fee in the amount of 3,000 Baht
